Terms and Conditions
Last updated: October 10, 2026
These Terms govern the use of LinkLuup (linkluup.com). Please read them: by creating an account or using the service, you accept them. The Spanish version is the authoritative text; if the two differ, the Spanish version prevails.
1. Who we are and acceptance
LinkLuup is a service operated by Locus SpA, RUT 76.431.612-6, Chile, that lets you create a public page of links. By creating an account or using the service you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Who can use LinkLuup
- You must be over 18 and have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.
- You sign in with your Google or X account. Keep access to those accounts safe and tell us if you think someone used yours without permission.
- The information you give us must be truthful. You are responsible for the activity of your account.
3. The service
LinkLuup gives you a public page at linkluup.com/your-username with your links, design themes, and the option to mark links as sensitive content and hide them in certain countries. The service is free today. We may change, add or remove features. If we ever offer paid plans, we will tell you first and you will not be charged anything without your acceptance.
4. Your username
You choose your username and can change it at any time; old addresses stop working. Names reserved by the service are not allowed, nor are names that impersonate another person, brand or organization. We may reclaim or change a name that breaks this rule.
5. Your content
Your content (text, photo, links) stays yours and you alone are responsible for it. You state that you have the right to publish it. You give us a non-exclusive, free, worldwide license to host, display and distribute it, only to operate the service (including previews when your page is shared). The license ends when you delete the content, except for backup or cache copies that are removed within a reasonable time.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use LinkLuup to publish or link to:
- Illegal content. In particular, child sexual abuse or exploitation material: zero tolerance, and we will report it to the authorities.
- Malware, phishing, fraud or scams.
- Content that impersonates another person or organization.
- Harassment, threats, discrimination, or incitement to violence or hatred.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or the privacy of others, including publishing other people’s personal data without their permission.
- Spam, metric manipulation, abusive automated use, or attempts to breach the security of the service.
7. Sensitive content
You may link to adult or other sensitive content only if it is legal and you mark that link as “sensitive content”, so visitors confirm before continuing. You must not direct it at minors. Marking a link as sensitive does not make it allowed if it breaks these Terms.
8. Hiding links by country
This is a best-effort filter based on the visitor’s estimated location. It can be bypassed (for example with a VPN) and is not a guarantee. Do not rely on it as your only way to comply with laws or restrictions: you remain responsible for your content being legal in the countries from which it can be accessed.
9. Third-party sites
Links on a page lead to sites we do not control or endorse, and we are not responsible for their content or for what happens there. When redirecting to a link we add UTM parameters showing the visitor came from LinkLuup.
10. Reports and content removal
If you believe a page infringes your rights or these Terms, write to contacto@locu.cl with the page address and a description. We may remove or restrict content, or suspend accounts, that break these Terms or the law, or when an authority orders it. When reasonable, we will tell you why.
11. Suspension and termination
You can stop using LinkLuup at any time and ask for your account to be deleted by writing to contacto@locu.cl. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or puts other people or the service at risk.
12. LinkLuup’s property
LinkLuup’s software, brand, design and texts belong to Locus SpA. You may not copy the service or use the brand without permission. Your content stays yours.
13. Availability and warranties
The service is provided “as is” and as available. We do not guarantee it will run without interruptions or errors. This does not affect the non-waivable rights Chilean law gives you as a consumer.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Locus SpA is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or loss of data or audience arising from use of, or inability to use, the service, nor for the content or conduct of creators or third parties. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence.
15. Personal data
We process your data as explained in the Privacy Policy, in line with Chilean personal data protection law.
16. Changes to the Terms
We may change these Terms. We will give you reasonable advance notice, for example a notice in the service. If you keep using LinkLuup after a change takes effect, you accept it; if you disagree, you can stop using it and ask for your account to be deleted.
17. Governing law and courts
These Terms are governed by the laws of Chile. Disputes are submitted to the ordinary courts of justice of Santiago, Chile, without prejudice to the rights the law gives consumers to sue in the court of their own domicile.
